Please read these terms carefully before confirming a booking with Jennyb.eu.
1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Jennyb.eu for our holiday apartments in Rimini and Riccione.
By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or payment has been received and the reservation has been accepted.
All booking details, including dates, number of guests, and apartment type, must be checked carefully by the guest before confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
The total amount, payment deadlines, and any additional charges will be communicated before arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment conditions must be respected according to the information provided at the time of booking.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the apartment and the length of stay. The deposit is intended to cover any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning caused during the stay.
If no damage is found, the deposit will be returned according to the agreed conditions.

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Early arrival or late departure is possible only if previously agreed with us.
The guest must provide the correct arrival information and keep us informed of any delays.
6. Occupancy
Only the number of guests agreed at the time of booking may stay in the apartment. Additional guests are allowed only with prior authorization.
Guests must not exceed the occupancy limit of the apartment.
7. House Rules
Guests must respect the apartment, the neighbors, and the common areas.
- Smoking may be prohibited inside the apartment.
- Pets may be allowed only if previously agreed.
- Parties and loud noise are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
- Guests must leave the apartment in reasonable condition.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance
Guests must keep the apartment in good order during the stay. Any damage, malfunction, or missing item should be reported as soon as possible.
Extra cleaning caused by misuse or failure to respect the rules may be charged to the guest.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the booking type and the notice given before arrival. The applicable policy will be communicated before the reservation is finalized.
Any refund, if applicable, will follow the agreed cancellation conditions.
10. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, except for normal wear and tear.
Jennyb.eu is not responsible for loss, theft, or personal belongings left unattended in the apartment, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Right of Entry
In case of emergency, maintenance, or essential checks, access to the apartment may be required with reasonable notice whenever possible.
12. Changes to These Terms
Jennyb.eu may update these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on this page is the one currently in force.
